This is a project to create a non-profit INstitute of Scientific PIoneering Research of Ecuador (INSPIRE) (South America) given the limitations that attain the country's academic system, where there are no graduate schools nor Ph.D programs. We believe that lack of research and science is what keeps developing countries such as Ecuador into poverty.
Welcome
Objectives
In our country, important steps have been taken towards improving the academic systems and our scientific contribution. However, much work remains to be done in terms of developing a critical culture that is solvent enough to acquire a global and clear vision of what it means to do world-class science. In response to this problem, the initiative to create INSPIRE was born; a non-profit scientific research institute that seeks to cultivate the talent of young Ecuadorians by encouraging and guiding them through experiences in diverse environments with expert researchers in diverse areas of science.
-
Create transcendental change in the academic and scientific culture of Ecuador and Latin America.
-
Encourage and guide the talent of young Ecuadorians, undergraduates and graduates who are interested in science, providing them with good quality of life while doing scientific research.
-
Introduce new job options to the market for people interested in exploring scientific fields, without necessarily having to engage in teaching activities.
